Scheduling options: How often does my office need cleaned? This question depends largely on how large the space is and how many employees will be using it. We are happy to accommodate the cleaning schedule of your preference; however, here are some general guidelines to help guide your decision:
7 Days a Week – Busy, high-traffic offices with more than ten employees often require daily cleaning. This may also include light maintenance, carpet spot cleaning or restocking items from our supply delivery options.
Once a Week – Smaller offices buildings with fewer employees can often do some internal cleaning and maintenance, but enjoy the peace of mind knowing that a thorough cleaning and sanitation is happening on a regular basis.
Bi-Weekly – Areas that aren’t used often or occasional meeting spaces do not require as much attention. These businesses will often request bi-weekly or monthly janitorial services.
Special Event – Need help for a special occasion? O & M Office Cleaning provides one-time, specialty janitorial services as well as emergency clean up services.
